Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for our customers.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that Final Sale items, as well as items purchased during sales or promotions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations are accepted before processing begins. A full refund will be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

Return or exchange shipments must use the same courier service as the original delivery and must be shipped from the original destination country.
Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized products

Intimate and hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, swimwear without the original hygiene liner)

Jewelry, makeup, and skincare products
Returns and exchanges are not free; all shipping and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Instructions:
Please place the item(s) and original receipt in the original packaging, complete the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice, and hand the parcel to the courier. Once your return is processed and approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
