Return & Exchanges
Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items are also excluded and are subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is processed. If the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be provided. However, we cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached, and in their original boxes. Return/exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery. As you know, returns/exchanges can only be accepted from the country where the order was originally shipped.
Customized items cannot be returned, and return/exchange is not free of charge. Import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense. Additionally, underwear briefs, jewelry, makeup, skincare products, and swimwear can only be returned if they meet specific conditions. Faulty items can be returned, but we reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered.
How do you return an item or an entire order?
Returning an item or an entire order is a straightforward process. Simply contact our Customer Service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a video or photo of the faulty product. Once you have the necessary information, you can insert your receipt along with the items back into the original packaging, fill out the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form, and attach it to the package without closing it. After the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely and turn it over to the courier. We've designed this process to be as convenient as possible for you.
Refund
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method, ensuring the security of your transaction. However, shipping costs will not be refunded. Once your package reaches us, please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
